Party Reservation
Rental Process
- Send email to mullinsreceptionist@gmail.com or call 413-545-2791 during regular business hours
- In your email or voicemail, please provide your full name, email, and phone number.
- Tell us what kind of party you are looking for (Public/Private)
- Tell us what dates and times could work for your party.
- It's best to give us a range of dates or times if possible to give us the flexibility to find available ice time for you! (Please be aware during peak season from November through February, available ice time is extremely limited!)
- Tell us the expected number of guests
- Let us know if you requre the party space. (No additional cost)
- Our Liability waivers must signed prior to skating (usually in person on the day of), but if you're inquiring through a school or recreational organization we will ask for you to provide a Certificate of Insurance
Birthday Party Packages
- $175 - Public Skate Party
- Book your birthday party during one of our public skating sessions! You will receive 20 admissions and 20 skate rentals. We cannot guarantee the availability to fit all guests during a public skate, please advise guests to arrive well before the public skate session in order to ensure that they may obtain skates.
- $450 - Private Party
- This option is great for large private parties. With this package you get the ice for 50-minutes & you will receive skate rentals for up to 50 people. You may book the ice for longer with the hourly rate remaining at $450/hr.
- $500 - Private Party
- Another great option for even larger groups. With this package you will get the ice for 50-minutes & you will receive unlimited skate rentals. (Keep in mind we are limited in the amount of skates we have per size) You may book the ice for linger with the hourly rate remaining at $500/hr.
Additional Rules & Info
- The Mullins Center Does NOT allow for balloons or any helium products.
- The Mullins Center does NOT provide any decorations or food.
- The Mullins Center will provide your group with tables, benches, and chairs. (Please let us know the amount of estimated guests)
- Table Clothes are mandatory
