ADA Parking

Accessible parking is located in the front of Lot 25, directly north of the Arena, off of Commonwealth Ave. Event parking fees apply. All vehicles requiring accessible parking must have the proper decals displayed from the rearview mirror or have a special license plate. Accessible parking spaces are limited. The Arena has a drop area for patrons in the front circle if needed.

ADA Seating Areas

Seating areas vary according to the event. Permanent locations for patrons with special needs are located on the concourse level of the Arena. Other locations may be available depending on the actual set up of the event. Please check with the box office for locations and availability of seating for patrons with special needs for specific events. In an effort to accommodate as many patrons with special needs as possible, patrons who require special needs seating are limited to one adjacent companion seat. Seating for the patrons with special needs can be purchased through the General Public points of sales for the event. Tickets can be purchased at the Mullins Center Box Office in person, or by going online through UMass Ticketing.  For further inquiries please contact the Box Office at  (413) 545-0505.
