Function Rooms

The Mullins Center offers two function rooms available to rent for your own private function--the Massachusetts Room and the Green Room.

The two function rooms are perfect for corporate functions, meetings and banquets.

The following equipment is available for use in the function rooms:

Easels Chalkboard
Dance Floor Decks

Setups
The following set-ups are available for function rooms:
Audience Audience style has rows of chairs facing the front of the room.
Conference Conference style is box setup.
Banquet Banquet style has a limited number of round tables.
Special We would be happy to consider special setups.

All catering should go through UMass Catering. Call 413-577-1234, and ask for catering. Please click here to review their menu.

Please note standard rates are listed below, discounted rates do apply for University of Massachusetts users.

Full-Day Rental: $310.00 (more than 5 hours)
Half-Day Rental: 190.00 (5 hours or less)
Labor Fee: $30.00
*Plus any applicable equipment rental or staff fees.

8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday - Friday
*Events that begin before 8 a.m. or end after 5 p.m. Monday - Friday, or take place on a weekend are subject to an additional Event Supervisor Fee of $12.00/hr/day, with a $48.00 minimum charge.
ALL FUNCTIONS MUST END BY 12 MIDNIGHT.


 The Green Room

1045 sq. ft.

Half-Day Rental: $85.00 (5 hours or less)
