Function Rooms

The Mullins Center offers three function rooms available to rent for your own private function. The three function rooms are perfect for corporate functions, meetings and banquets. Please click on the individual rooms listed below for more specific information.

All functions can also be catered by University of Massachusetts Catering Services. Please click here to review their menu. 

To book a function and for function room availability, please use this form. Please make sure you include the date(s), time(s) and function room(s) you are requesting.  Please note standard rates are listed below, discounted rates do apply for University of Massachusetts users.


Massachusetts Room

Size

  • Conference Room: 2,332 sq. ft.

    *Capacity may vary with set-up

    User Fees* 

  • Full Day Rental: $310.00 (more than 5 hours)
  • Half Day Rental: $190.00 (5 hours or less)
  • Labor Fee: $30.00
    *Plus any applicable equipment rental or staff fees

    Day

    • 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday.
    • Events that begin before 8:00am or end after 5:00pm Monday - Friday, or take place on a weekend are subject to an additional Event Supervisor Fee of $12.00/hr/day, with a $48.00 minimum charge. ALL FUNCTIONS MUST END BY 12 MIDNIGHT.


    Concourse Conference Room

  • 610 sq. ft.

  • Dinner: 40
  • Reception: 50
  • Auditorium/Classroom: 40
    *Capacity may vary with set-up

    User Fees*

  • Full Day Rental: $175.00 (Over 5 hours)
  • Half Day Rental: $115.00 (5 hours or less)
  • Labor Fee: $20.00
