Purchasing Tickets at the Arena

Visit our on-site Box Office Window, located on Commonwealth Avenue on the northeast side of the Arena near the Main Entrance. Due to a varying event season our Box Office Hours change in the summer. Current Box Office hours are below:

The Box Office will be closed on Saturday, April 19th and will be reopening on Monday, April 21st at 9AM. Please visit ticketmaster.com or call 1-800-745-3000 to purchase tickets.

Tickets for Children, Seniors, and UMass Students/Faculty/Staff

Discount tickets are sometimes available for various shows. Age restrictions and the amount of the discount vary by event and are at the discretion of the touring act. Please inquire about discounts before purchasing tickets. Some discounts may be available only at the Mullins Center Box Office or online at ticketmaster.com. Specific event information can be found by clicking on the event calendar and then clicking on the specific event you are interested in.

Groups

Group discounts are offered for some events at the Mullins Center. The number that constitutes a group and the amount of the discount vary by event and are at the discretion of the touring act. Specific event information can be found by clicking on the event calendar and then clicking on the specific event you are interested in. Anyone interested in purchasing tickets for a group, may call (413) 545-3373 to place an order.

Cancelled or Postponed Events

In the event a performance is cancelled or rescheduled, information is immediately sent to the local media for distribution and placed on the Mullins Center website and event line. Please be aware that there is no way to contact individual ticket holders other than the local media. If an event is cancelled, refunds will be available at the original point of purchase only. Customers that purchased their tickets through Ticketmaster online or over the phone should be refunded automatically within a week of canceling the event. Customers that purchased their tickets through a Ticketmaster outlet must return to the outlet where they originally purchased their tickets for a refund. Customers who purchased their tickets through the Mullins Center Box Office must return to the Mullins Center Box Office with their tickets and the original method of payment to receive a refund. If the event is rescheduled, tickets purchased for the original date will be honored on the new event date. In most cases, refunds will also be available at the original point of purchase up until the new event date has passed.

Refunds/Exchanges

There are no refunds or exchanges for tickets purchased. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, tickets may be refunded at the original point of purchase.

Lost Tickets

The Mullins Center is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Please contact the original point of purchase for details.

If you purchased your tickets from Ticketmaster (online or over the phone) you may call (800) 653-8000.

If you purchased your tickets from the Mullins Center Box Office please call (413) 545-3040 or email mullinsboxoffice@admin.umass.edu with the name of the person that purchased the tickets, EXACT date of purchase, type of credit card used, and the last four digits of the credit card. Once the original order has been found, a replacement ticket voucher will be printed and the original tickets will be voided. Your new tickets will be available for pickup at Will Call with a photo ID. You may come into the Box Office during regular business hours, but please be advised that there will be a lengthy wait as it takes time to look up the seat locations.

Event Information

Event information varies per show. Please go to our event calendar and click on the event you are interested in. This will pop up a page with information specific to your event, such as seating charts and ticket discounts.

Patrons with Disabilities

If you would like handicap accessible seating please call (800) 745-3000 or visit www.ticketmaster.com. For any UMass Athletic events please call (866) UMASS- TIX. Handicap seating is available to the patron with disability and one guest. Extra members of your party will be seated as close by as possible. There are no exceptions to this rule in order to accommodate all requests.

For all ticket on-sales, the procedure for handicap/wheelchair accessible seating is as follows:
To request handicap accessible seating, please dial 413-545-3040. To request handicap accessible seating on the day of an onsale please dial the above number beginning at the time of the onsale and leave your name, contact number, and how many tickets you are requesting. Ticket requests will be addressed in the order they come into the box office and will be filled on a first come, first serve basis.

Resale/Scalping

An event ticket will not be recognized, honored, or received for admission if purchased from a source other than the Mullins Center Box Office, Ticketmaster, or its authorized outlets. There will be no refunds and no exchanges. Tickets obtained from sources other than any Ticketmaster outlet may be lost, stolen, or counterfeit tickets and in such cases will not be honored. To be safe please only order your tickets from an authorized dealer (www.ticketmaster.com, by phone at (800) 745-3000 a Ticketmaster outlet, or the Mullins Center Box Office). Re-selling of tickets by private parties is prohibited on the Mullins Center property and is subject to confiscation and arrest.

Ticket On-Sales

No camping out is allowed for ticket on-sales. For most Mullins Center on-sales, a random number drawing will be held to establish the order of the ticket line. Every person involved in the random number drawing has an equal chance of being the first person in line for tickets. Numbered tickets will be given to determine your number for the random drawing. Numbered tickets are handed out approximately thirty (30) minutes prior to the scheduled on-sale time and are only available on the morning of the on-sale.

Seating

Seating varies per show. Please go to our event calendar and click on the event you are interested in. This will give you a link to the specific seating chart for the event you would like to attend, along with other valuable information.

In-Store Pickup versus Will Call

In-store pickup is the option to pick your tickets up at a Ticketmaster outlet. Will Call is the option to pickup your tickets at the Mullins Center Box Office. Please see Will Call for more information.

Will Call

Will call opens 2 hours prior to the start of the event (UMass Athletics is one hour prior to game time). Please check the website to see if the will call office will open any sooner for a particular event. Please be advised that there may be a line and it is best to pick up your tickets as soon as possible. The person picking up the tickets must be the same person the tickets are left under. When picking up tickets you must present a photo ID to receive your tickets. Please also bring the credit card used to purchase the tickets and the order confirmation number in case there are any problems finding your account. If you purchased tickets through Ticketmaster for someone else please call Ticketmaster at (800) 653-8000 prior to the show and ask for an alternate pickup. There are no exceptions to this rule.
