Purchasing Tickets at the Arena
Visit our on-site Box Office Window, located on Commonwealth Avenue on the northeast side of the Arena near the Main Entrance. Due to a varying event season our Box Office Hours change in the summer. Current Box Office hours are below:

Discount tickets are sometimes available for various shows. Age restrictions and the amount of the discount vary by event and are at the discretion of the touring act. Please inquire about discounts before purchasing tickets. Some discounts may be available only at the Mullins Center Box Office or online at MullinsCenter.com. Specific event information can be found by clicking on the event calendar and then clicking on the specific event you are interested in.
Group discounts are offered for some events at the Mullins Center. The number that constitutes a group and the amount of the discount vary by event and are at the discretion of the touring act. Cancelled or Postponed Events
In the event a performance is cancelled or rescheduled, information is immediately sent to the local media for distribution and placed on the Mullins Center website and event line. Please be aware that there is no way to contact individual ticket holders other than the local media. If an event is cancelled, refunds will be available at the original point of purchase only. Customers that purchased their tickets through MullinsCenter,com or over the phone should be refunded automatically within a week of canceling the event. Customers who purchased their tickets through the Mullins Center Box Office who paid with Cash must return to the Mullins Center Box Office with their tickets and the original method of payment to receive a refund. If the event is rescheduled, tickets purchased for the original date will be honored on the new event date. In most cases, refunds will also be available at the original point of purchase up until the new event date has passed.
There are no refunds or exchanges for tickets purchased. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, tickets may be refunded at the original point of purchase.
The Mullins Center is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.
If you purchased your tickets from MullinsCenter.com (online or over the phone) you may call (855) 925-6043.
If you purchased your tickets from the Mullins Center Box Office please call (413) 545-3040 or email MC-BoxOffice@comcastspectacor.com with the name of the person that purchased the tickets, exact date of purchase, and type of credit card used. Once the original order has been found, a replacement ticket voucher will be printed and the original tickets will be voided. If the Box Office replaces lost tickets, the tickets will only be available at Will Call on the day of the event by the original purchaser with a photo ID. Lost tickets will be subject to a $3 per-ticket reprinting charge. In all instances, tickets should be treated like cash. There is no guarantee on replacing tickets if you lose them.
Event information varies per show. Please go to our event calendar and click on the event you are interested in. This will pop up a page with information specific to your event, such as seating charts and ticket discounts.
Patrons with Disabilities
If you would like handicap accessible seating please call (855) 925-6043 or CLICK HERE to visit our ticketing page. For any UMass Athletic events please call (866) UMASS- TIX. Handicap seating is available to the patron with disability and one guest. Extra members of your party will be seated as close by as possible. There are no exceptions to this rule in order to accommodate all requests.
An event ticket will not be recognized, honored, or received for admission if purchased from a source other than the Mullins Center Box Office, Spectra Ticketing, or its authorized outlets. There will be no refunds and no exchanges. Tickets obtained from sources other than any Spectra Ticketing outlet may be lost, stolen, or counterfeit tickets and in such cases will not be honored. To be safe please only order your tickets from an authorized dealer (www.Mullins Center.com, by phone at (855) 925-6043, or the Mullins Center Box Office). Re-selling of tickets by private parties is prohibited on the Mullins Center property and is subject to confiscation and arrest.
Seating varies per show. Please go to our event calendar and click on the event you are interested in. This will give you a link to the specific seating chart for the event you would like to attend, along with other valuable information.
Will call opens 2 hours prior to the start of the event (UMass Athletics is one hour prior to game time). Please check the website to see if the will call office will open any sooner for a particular event. Please be advised that there may be a line and it is best to pick up your tickets as soon as possible. The person picking up the tickets must be the same person the tickets are left under. When picking up tickets you must present a photo ID to receive your tickets. Please also bring the credit card used to purchase the tickets and the order confirmation number in case there are any problems finding your account. If you purchased tickets through MullinsCenter.com for someone else please call (855) 925-6043 prior to the show and ask for an alternate pickup. There are no exceptions to this rule.
