Box Office Assistant Manager Internship
Primary Responsibilities:
- Open Box Office
- Prepare Banks for Tellers
- Call cops to pick up deposits
- Print AM reports (daily/monthly mopreps, summaries, refund and comp logs)
- Prepare DTA's
- Recieve reports from UCard to verify sales
- Deal w/ customer service issues
- Assist tellers w/ customers and ADA seating
- Cash out tellers, verify sales/deposit
- Handle internal ticket requests
- Close Box Office
- Deposit daily cash sales
- Print PM reports (operator sales, journals, credit card transactions)
- Assist Box Office Manager with promoter requests (reclassing seats, Opening more seats, priniting comp tickets)
- Coordinate change request w/ business office
- Keep teller books up to date w/ events, prices, seating charts
Qualifications:
- Junior/Senior Sport Management/Finance/Business Major (will consider underclassmen w/ qualified experience)
- Knowledge of computers, Excel a must
- Knowledge of Ticketmaster a plus, but not required
- Money handeling experience helpful
Available Internships/Hour Requirements:
- Internships will be offered in Fall/Winter/Spring/Summer
- We will be offering part-time and full-time internships
- Must be willing to work 20-40 hours during the week plus events. Events will be paid (willing to work around one or two classes)
- Internships do not need to be taken for credit, but it is preferred
